Pioneer Technician Dalton Milligan was very knowledgeable and adept. He explained things in an easy to understand manner and kept me very well informed on what he was seeing and what it meant both immediately and in the future. He was very receptive to questions both about the urgent issue at hand as well as ones about other plumbing issues / aspects. The pricing seemed very far especially as he took effort to look at every way to possibly keep it that way. Pioneer is definitely a “go to” company.

Max Daniels came out to diagnose the issue with our HVAC unit. After a good discussion, we decided to replace the old unit with a new Trane unit. The next day he new unit was installed quickly and efficiently. They even brought two portable air conditioning units the night before to make us more comfortable until the installation the next day. Andrew Waddell and his team did an excellent job installing the new unit today.
I highly recommend Pioneer Heating and Air!

We called about a problem and the service technician was able to see us the next day before noon. Brendan was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing along the way and answering all of our questions. He also shared the results of the tests he ran so we became much more informed about our system. We are very happy with the service we received!

We were very impressed with the electrical service we received from Pioneer today! Ian was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Booking the appointment online was very convenient. Love that they offer heating/air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing services all with the same company. Would definitely recommend Pioneer for any electrical, plumbing, or heating/air conditioning needs! They are definitely the real deal!

My AC went out on the hottest day so far this year. I called 2 businesses I had used before but they were booked up. I went on Google and saw Pioneer, a company that has been in business for 45 yrs. They were very nice and put me on the call list and within 15 min a technician was here. James fixed my problem and checked out my system and had me back in the cool in no time. I will call them again and have them put me on their yearly maintenance schedule. I highly recommend Pioneer.
