Absolutely horrible service from PNC Bank.

For three consecutive days, I have tried to withdraw money from my account, and every time I was told the machines were not working. The only response I received was, "We're sorry."

Sorry doesn't help me run my business. Sorry doesn't pay my bills. Sorry doesn't give me access to my own money.

I don't understand how a bank can have ongoing machine issues for three days and expect customers to simply accept it. This is your equipment and your system failure—what does that have to do with me as a customer? I should be able to access my funds when I need them.

What's even more frustrating is that no one offered a real solution. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Just another apology and another excuse.

Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I've had with PNC Bank. There have been numerous problems over the years, and this situation was the last straw for me. When customers can't access their own money for days and the bank's response is simply "sorry," something is seriously wrong.

Very disappointed. I expected much better from a major bank. Im close all 5 account with this bank

The ATM has not had cash for withdrawals multiple times and today it wouldnt even process a cash deposit. No sign on the machine letting you know either. Waste of time.

I’ve never experienced such a long wait at a bank before — over 40 minutes just to handle a simple transaction.
PNC really needs to hire more staff or come up with a more efficient way to serve customers.
People’s time is valuable.

I had an appointment today 04/23 with Mr. Ajay Verma. As I walked in everyone was quite professional/friendly and the bank was very neat and tidy. I was offered complimentary water or coffee. Even though I declined, I thought that was a nice touch. I spent about 45 minutes with Ajay, and he set me up with PNCs Cash Rewards Visa Card with an introductory $200/on $1000 of purchases in 3 months. He also set me up with a free financial consultation with a financial advisor. Ajay was very professional the entire time and was very knowledgeable of PNCs services. I would recommend this branch to anyone that wants to set up a banking account.

This PNC Bank is very friendly and approachable. Ajay Verma helped my sister and I with our accounts and to update anything that was needed. We came back the next day because we didn’t have the necessary documents to create my sister’s account. However, we were given coffee and the customer service from him was phenomenal! We would come back here for any of our financial needs. This is one of the better PNC branches and they prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
