Awesome service! Dr Umar Mahood was incredible. He explained everything thoroughly to me and was very professional. David, the young man who helped with glasses was awesome. I have a difficult time finding glasses for my narrow face, but he found the perfect pair.

I visited My Eye Doctor today with a pair of broken reading glasses that I had purchased elsewhere. Although they weren’t bought from their store, I stopped in hoping someone might be able to help with a missing screw.

As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Rebecca at the front desk. I asked if there was any chance she could repair my glasses, and without hesitation she smiled and said, “No trouble at all. Have a seat—I’ll have them fixed right away.”

True to her word, within about 10 minutes Rebecca returned with my glasses completely repaired. When I offered to pay for the repair, she kindly declined, explaining that it was a complimentary service.

I just wanted to give a well-deserved shout-out to Rebecca for her exceptional customer service. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help someone who wasn’t even a customer that day made a lasting impression. I had an easy check in process and I saw Dr. Mahmood for my eye exam, he did a great job. He was very thorough and kind and I plan to schedule with him again for future eye exams. This office did an excellent job, by far the best Myeyedr that I have been to.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Zenab. She is a total rockstar! She helped me A-to-Z and made what is usually a stressful process actually fun.
