The manager onsite today made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. You can hear him bossing all the employees around, telling them they aren’t doing things correctly, not parking in the right areas. Telling 2 girls that were standing (not playing) to not play around. It seemed like he just wanted to use his authority for whatever he could. And he do not lower his voice, I was not even near him and I could hear him barking orders. We will choose the other HomeGoods location next time.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and literally live 5mins from it. I’ve been in Hayward almost my entire life, so seeing the ksmart shut down, and the entire plaza change, it’s more lively, and gives us more things to do lol.
It’s such a nice change in our neighborhood.
This Home Goods, although smaller in comparison to most.. it is very clean, the staff are sweet and welcoming. Especially around these festive times, it’s such a warm, and fun atmosphere to be in. So many of my gifts this year have been from here, please keep it up, the cleanliness and organization compared to the first day I came, it’s been nice to see it develop.

I think this HomeGoods is a bit smaller than other locations in the Tri-Valley area. Overall, it’s usually very clean and well organized, though it can feel a little crowded at times, which may not be ideal for young kids to walk around comfortably.

Aside from that, it’s a solid HomeGoods location and just as good as others in terms of selection and overall shopping experience.

I went to this location for the first time today and wow! They had so much stuff! They had a great selection of Halloween decor to choose from and I bought a good amount of items. This store is clean, organized, and the manager and staff are helpful and kind! Definitely now one of my favorite HomeGoods locations. Will be back soon!

I had a wonderful time shopping this evening at this location. Thank you Christian and the Matt , Manager of helping me . I should have taken pictures of the beautiful Le Creuset 30 braisers in red, black and baby blue. If you are looking to decorate for Easter, st Patrick’s day or just remodel then this store is the place you need to be at. The place was amazing with so many outdoor items to purchase to decorate.
