A new location in Alamo Ranch! We can finally enjoy Five Guys without going into the city! Five Guys is the best! Never frozen meat, fresh cut potatoes for fries and their continued commitment to support local farmers. They also post what farm the days potatoes are from which is so cool. They also have peanuts in the shells to snack on while you wait! The staff is high energy, welcomes you and thanks you when you leave. There is also outdoor seating available. The soda fountain with hundreds of flavor combos is the icing on the cake! We don’t get a milkshake this time, but often do. The peanut butter shake is epic! So happy this location is open!

Very good food. Also the first time I've had to eat a burger with a fork but it was worth it. I had the bacon cheeseburger: two beef patties, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, mushrooms, and mayo. For fries, I got the Cajun style and it was very good too. Need to come back and try their milkshakes.
The staff was very friendly and the employee behind the register explained the menu to me in full detail.

I work at one of the neighboring business in the area so I come in here maybe once or twice a month. Everyone is always friendly and look like they genuinely enjoy their job. Rarely do I see a dirty table. The food is always hot and fresh. Cajun fries are always amazing.

Before leaving, I recommend checking your food if you ordered pickup.

My cheeseburger was missing most of its toppings, and my wife’s ham burger patty was too small, covering only about 60% of the bun.

We’ve never had these issues at other Five Guys locations, but this was our first time buying from this one. Five Guys has always been on the pricier side, but we’ve always received consistent quality from all other locations. Unfortunately, this experience was a disappointment.

First time eating here. Had the small bacon cheeseburger with as many toppings as wanted at NO EXTRA CHARGE. My husband had the large bacon cheeseburger. The large fries were delicious and the cup contained fries and there were even more in the bottom of the bag…wow!!! The staff were amazing. Plan to return and order small fries that will feed both my husband and me.
