This is one of those coffee spots that I was genuinely surprised to find out was a franchise. The quality, selection, vibes and general atmosphere of this spot are all extremely spot on. It very much feels like your typical neighbourhood coffee shop. This is aided by the rules they have around laptop usage, to encourage people not to camp and sit on their laptops.

The matcha/coconut cream puff cookies are unreasonably tasty.

Great spot to get coffee during lunch, or as a quick stop on your way to your next destination!

I recently had the chance to visit Neo, a charming coffee shop nestled in a lively part of town. As soon as I stepped inside, I noticed the overall vibe was pretty okay—there wasn’t anything overly flashy, but it had a minimalist, clean design with plenty of natural wood accents and a soothing color palette. Large windows let in a ton of light, making it a great place to relax or get some work done. The service was also quite decent—staff greeted me with a smile and were attentive, although the pace was a bit slow during peak hours. The menu offered a nice variety of drinks, and I tried a classic cappuccino that was well-balanced and rich, just the right amount of foam. The pastries were okay—fresh but nothing extraordinary. That being said, I did find that the prices were a little higher than I expected for a neighborhood coffee shop—just a bit of a stretch for a daily visit. Still, despite the pricing, I had a good time at Neo. It’s a solid, dependable spot, and I’ll definitely be back. I really do support this business.

This is the third Neo location I’ve visited. It’s smaller than the Bay and King West spots, but has a cozy vibe. I’m still not a fan of their small tables, though. I ordered a cappuccino and a hot hojicha latte—both were excellent!

Finally checked this place off my list! They have loads of bakery items and lots of sweet and savory snacks. The space is actually bigger than I expected from the outside, but it was really packed when we went a few months ago.

The drinks were really good I even got to try all three of the ones we ordered. Next time I’m definitely trying their bakery! They also sell small snacks and teabags, which is a nice touch if you want to bring something home.

Matcha was delicious, vibes were immaculate, perfect to study or work (certain hours are computer-free, music was nice piano jazz), and employees were lovely.

Love the food and ambience, most people go there to work quietly or enjoy some coffee and snacks. Unfortunately there was a loud group of office workers that came in around 11am and completely ruined the vibe with loud chatting and erupting laughter. There should be some code for cafe etiquette. Its not the cafe's fault, but someone should tell disruptive customers to quiet down. I love the food and coffee at Neocoffee bar, always has amazing new seasonal specials i love to try. I had a cheese croissant and cloud 9 latte.

The first thing I look at when I enter a food establishment is cleanliness. If I walk in and feel like we value that, my guard comes down. Second is are u constantly busy. The 3rd is customer service. These 3 characters are apparent at the Neo Coffee Bar. Ty for a great experience 👌🏽

I really enjoyed the vibe. Baked goods are good and not too sweets!
They also had live music which made the experience even better

Delicious Brazilian coffee! Very similar to Colombian coffee in tasting notes. I had the honey oat latte. It was perfect. Third-wave wonderful. The atmosphere was modern and chic. I didn’t eat but the pastries were top-notch.

I had an excellent cappuccino here. It’s located a few blocks from St. Lawrence market which was very convenient. Service was great.

The café was crowded, so I had a hard time finding a seat. When I finally did, the table wasn’t clean. I ordered a vanilla coffee, which had a great flavor, and the cheesecake was also good. However, the cookie choux had a strong eggy taste that I didn’t enjoy.

Had the genmaicha, Matcha Berry, and the London fog roll cake!!! It's my first genmaicha and it blew my taste buds away! The cake was divine!

I went to the location in the PATH tunnel by the Exchange Tower. Their teas were quite good, but the London Fog roll cake had no flavor. The banana chocolate muffin was pretty good. I liked that they have gluten free options. Service was excellent.

Beautiful seasonal pastries and Japanese-inspired treats! Their Black Sesame Mochi is a real treat. Very zen ambiance. Great place to read or chat with a friend over a coffee or tea.

This location was fairly busy when we stopped in . My friend had a gift card and the whole transaction went smoothly. We purchased a few different items including :

Cheddar Cheese Croissant
Muscat Fraisier
Black Sesame Mochi
Smoked Salmon Sandwich
Chai Latte
Cappuccino

Everything was presented beautifully and the aesthetics are Instagram worthy!

The Muscat Fraisier was so light and refreshing. The mochi was superb. I probably could have eaten five or six to myself. I also really enjoyed my smoked salmon sandwich. All in all a solid visit.

One of the most pleasant and atmospheric coffee shops, where you can have your coffee, have your meal and concentrate on an activity or meeting.

Neo has great service, delicious coffee, and very well prepared and tasty food. The bar is open, so you can see the entire preparation of your drink.

In addition to the indoor area, they also have an outdoor area for warm days, where you can sit if you have dogs. The place always has a pleasant aroma and calm background music.

For customers with disabilities or limited mobility, the café has an accessible entrance with automatic door opening and closing, an adapted bathroom and wheelchair-friendly tables. Unfortunately, there is no menu in Braille, but the staff is always ready to help.

The café is close to George Brown College campuses, banks, shops, and several bus stops. For those arriving by car, there is private parking in the building in front and paid parking on the street.

It is well worth knowing.

Lovely spot with outdoor seating area. Ordered my usual double espresso with hot water on the side. Unfortunately, not the greatest coffee. Slightly sour taste and not particularly strong.

Wow!

The service by the cashier this morning was terrible. He was rude and offensive. Asked for my usual single espresso and he mentioned they only do doubles. I had a single there before. Then I said it was be watered down. And he said « we know how to make espresso, do you understand that or not. »

I only drink espressos my entire life and consider myself an espresso snob, so yes I do!

Terrible service, good products.
