The staff is very friendly and inviting as soon as you step in the door. Everything was amazing from the dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives all the way to the carrot cake. The sea bass was a little on the fishier side but still good. Steaks cooked to perfection- and our waiter was SO nice. I would love to come back and sit in the outdoor seating area which looked like there were heaters as well! Definitely expect to pay a lot of $$$$

I first visited Fleming’s during its opening week, and unfortunately, management seemed to be off to a rough start. The restaurant felt unorganized, and the overall experience lacked the polish you would expect from an upscale steakhouse.

I decided to give it another chance yesterday, hoping they had worked through those opening-week challenges. Unfortunately, it was more of the same.

Like so many steakhouses these days, the prices are high, but I’m still searching for that perfect combination of exceptional steak, great service, and reasonable pricing. Just because a restaurant charges premium prices doesn’t automatically make it a premium experience.

My hunt for the best steakhouse in Bergen County and beyond continues. I’m looking for quality that’s worth the price, not just an expensive night out.

Flemings is definitely the most overpriced steakhouse we’ve ever been to. Their Caesar salad is ok, their crab cakes are ok ($33 a little delusional), had 3 steaks here.. the 3 worst steaks I’ve ever had. Why this restaurant brings your steak out pre sliced is baffling. Worst onion rings I’ve ever had. I think a coke was $8. Carrot cake was pretty good. Bar bites ok, look like they introduced some additional new options including lower priced ones to drive up business. Summer is the slow season for restaurants but it would not surprise me if it’s slow in general; last visit was a Saturday in the bar area and it was half empty at 7-930pm. Very, very good service at the bar. Really solid male bartender can’t remember his name I want to say Justin but not sure. There’s a rude bartender however a pale ghost female light brown hair, don’t know her name but looks like she blends in with the air. Once heard her tell someone 2 seats next to me “you should hand the menu back to me in my hands instead of putting it on the bar.” Literally heard the person say they’re never coming back.

I was here for my birthday. They did a great job welcoming we and decorating my tables. The waiter is very warm and kind. He is very patient and gave me a bunch of recommendations. Very clean and cozy place. They even offered me a free dessert for my birthday. Overall highly recommended.

We had a five star experience at Fleming‘s… The service was excellent… They really were interested in my grandson‘s graduation, asking him questions about his future

I ordered off the prefix menu. The recommendation was the bone in steak with shrimp and crab meat which included a great salad called the Fleming salad. We ended with the lava cake. The Wife And I shared it because it was so awesome. I took half my meal home because it was just so overwhelmingly delicious and ample portion. I took a picture of the dessert and the Wait staff took a picture of the table and printed it on site for the graduate.

An overall wonderful experience for our special occasion. We will be back.
