I had a coupon for a 10 piece two large fries and five biscuits, I asked for classic chicken, white meat only, I wanted four breast and six wings. Instead, I received eight pieces, Four breasts, four wings and it was spicy not classic. And to top it all off, I waited for 20 minutes for my food. This place is ridiculous. Staff clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing, my worst experience at a Popeyes ever. Don’t ever order from here they’re terrible

I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was hard. They didn’t heat it. Keep it

The coating on the chicken was good.

The service not so good. You need to turn the head phones up. The person taking our order couldn’t understand us.

I went to the Ramsey’s restaurant because Paramus was getting pretty bad.

I stopped by to order dinner on my way into work. I ordered a 2pc spicy drumsticks with 2 lg mashed potatoes, a mango lemonade with no ice and a sweet tea no ice. And repeated myself countless times on what I wanted. I waited in the drive thru for more time than expected to get my food and to be missing a lemonade as well as heavy ice in my sweet tea. I was already frustrated by the fact that dude in the window tried to charge me for a lemonade that I clearly ordered and he even repeated, I check my food and it looks about right. I would’ve let it go until I opened the mashed potatoes and started chowing down on them until I cut the roof of my mouth open on a piece of plastic that was in there. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received as well as shocked for the lack of quality and customer service skills that this store lacks as it once was a great.

This was my second time at this location, and the second time I did not receive all the items for my order. Last time it was a side and both biscuits. This time I was shorted a side. The staff seemed annoyed to have to help you…didn’t bother to ask if I wanted a sauce, just went and selected no sauce for my order.I would not recommend this location.

If I could give 1 star I would I order 75 pieces of chicken. I placed my order 2 weeks ahead of my pick day. I picked up the chicken and put it out for all of my guess. So my family was like where did you get this chicken from it is terrible it is hard and dried out so I taste it and it was terrible . I normally purchase my large orders from Popeyes in Paramus Nj. So the following week i called to speak to the manager all the person said was we can offer you a free 2 pieces dinner . Unfortunately that is unacceptable I waited to hear back from a manager before I did a review but as of today I have never heard back from anyone. So with that said anyone wants good fresh Popeyes chicken in our area I advise you to go to rt 17 Paramus location.
