My experience here wasn't good. I went in for information regarding my T-Mobile account, but the T-Mobile assistant wasn't fully correct on sending me to Verizon. He was wrong. I was supposed to go to total wireless but my experience here wasn't good. I started off speaking to one person ended up speaking to 4 people to where, at the end, I had to tell the man of color by the Caucasian woman talking to me, it's not cool that he jumps in our conversation and get to explain it to me, my situation will I never explain. Thank you. We had a few words I had to ignore him because I felt it was best and all I was doing was trying to get help and I didn't get no help. It was a big inconvenience, and I experienced a bit of unprofessionalism at this location.\n From one staff member. Even though I conversed with four different people.

After dealing with many representatives who didn’t seem to know how to resolve the issue, I finally met a team member at this outlet who was able to help me resolve my SIM card problem.
She paid close attention, listened carefully to my concerns, and effectively resolved the issue. I really appreciate the service and would highly recommend this place.

I was switching over from another carrier and Rod was very helpful and walked through all the steps with me. He was super thorough and actively tried to help me get the best deals. The only negative is that the employees pressure you into posting a Google review at the end and will watch as you do it. I'm not sure if it's a company-wide procedure or just this store, but either way I'm still happy with this store and would recommend it.

I went to the new Allen Park store to look at getting away from my current carrier. Jess met me right at the door and starting working on my behalf right away! She made the best recommendation and stayed with me through the whole process. Highly recommend you swing by here on a Saturday and do the same!
