Kristen is an outstanding realtor and an absolute asset to the Houston market.

I’ve had the privilege of working with her, and her expertise—especially in commercial real estate—is unmatched. She knows the industry inside and out, and you can feel the confidence and clarity she brings to every conversation. Kristen goes above and beyond in ways most realtors simply don’t. She’s proactive, resourceful, and always willing to step in and help, no matter how big or small the need.

Her professionalism, communication, and dedication make the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly specializes in commercial real estate and genuinely cares about her clients’ success, Kristen is the one you want in your corner.

Sincere realtors that are looking for long-term clients, not a quick commission. They gave me the cold hard truth on my property value and didn't try to convince me to sell it at a loss.

Apex is one of the reliable and best brokerage to work with in Greater Houston Area. They always keep their client interest above everything. Once you will use them, you will feel the difference. I would recommend Apex to my fiends and colleagues for all of their real estate needs.

Apex is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Farid is very knowledgeable, always available to answer our questions and to show us the properties. Highly recommended

Truly amazing! So happy I found these guys. Such friendly realtor. Not only did they come down to San Antonio to help me find my PERFECT home, they also help me refinance it during the pandemic!! So nice having a one stop shop. Mortgage, title and searching for a home. Why go anywhere else? I'll definitely be using them again once the wife is out of med school. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Professionalism at its best!
