Delicious bowls that include unlimited toppings like fresh fruit and goji berries. The spirulina and coconut base is flavorful and naturally colorful. Will recommend to family and friends!

Kennedy was the employee that took my order. She was amazing 👏🏽 and I am not the only one who feels that way. There was another customer there ringing her praises. I loved the way Kennedy made the bowls look SO appealing. Presentation is everything! The fruit, granola and other toppings in the acai bowl was fresh and tasted really good. I will be back!

I am big on trying different bowl places.
I saw this place had a 4.8 stars
I was excited to try this new place, the bowls are delicious and well proportioned with everything. I also liked the fact that they have so many different bases for the bowls.
My only issue was that they are a NO CASH facility and the staff are not very friendly or interactive with customers as they walk in. It would also be nice if they were open a little later for the long hot summer weekends.

DO NOT spend your money here. The atmosphere felt very cold and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. I purchased a $20 açaí bowl, and unfortunately dropped it on the floor. Accidents happen, but the way it was handled was disappointing they only offered me some granola as a replacement, which felt inadequate given the situation.
I ended up buying a second bowl because I was still hungry, but the staff remained very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care at all. The only real response was offering to clean up the mess. Overall, the lack of empathy and customer service made this a frustrating experience, especially for the price. Also the workers called everyone else when their order was ready but never called me. I will also be filing a claim with BBB involving discriminatory practices so that this does not continue .

In response to owner :No replacement was offered and I didn’t feel welcomed by your staff at all. It’s frustrating when a business promotes a standards but doesn’t follow through with the practice. Unfortunately poor training resulted in me paying 40$ for one bowl with no offer of a discount on toppings at the least. I hope management takes a closer look at consistency and customer care, because situation like this leave lasting negative impressions.

The bowls here are outstanding! They offer a wide variety of flavors and they are each delicious. The texture is like sorbet, which makes it such a fresh treat. Each bite tastes like dessert and leaves me feeling satisfied. The employees are always polite and outgoing. I recommend trying Nautical Bowls.
