I had a really great and understanding experience with Jiselle! The soda machine was down but she made sure that she notified me that earlier and then was very nice and said sorry multiple times. She was still very nice and could see that she genuinely felt bad. She was very polite and the food was great!

Wife ordered on app wrong location and called to cancel. Employee stated they would call manager to get refund. Refund didn’t show and then I filled out online inquiry in which they stated refund didn’t go through register so they did whatever and should see in 48-72 hours. Over 72 hours and no refund

I stopped and waited as the sole worker was cutting dough, then dipping it in salt water, then putting it on a tray - all while never talking to me, standing in front of him. There were 2 pretzels in the box & the box wasn't lit so they were probably cold & I decided I didn't like being ignored. No sale.

Love that they opened this place back up but I spent $15 just to get raw dough 😭😭 they definitely need to be more careful and thorough when cooking the pretzels

Nina was very kind! She gave us a free pretzel with our pretzel we got because of our troubles with another place. She was amazing! Props to Nina!
