Great sushi and a large selection of really yummy vegan sushi options. Super friendly staff too. Dragonfruit lemonade was gorgeous. Loved the South Pacific roll, oh and the charred spicy edamame was extraordinary and delicious. The Shishitos were in a very tasty sauce but they were literally swimming in it; that one was a little unbalanced. But the Cowgirl roll made up for it, so yummy. Overall I do recommend checking out Blue Sushi Sake grill for the creative dishes - extensive vegan menu is a big bonus!

My wife and I went here before a concert at ball arena. The happy hour menu is insane. Lots of options and great discounts. We opted for the mango crab Rangoon 10/10 would recommend. Then we got four sushi rolls and all them were delicious. The service was super quick and had great suggestions.

This place is like a 5 minute walk from my apartment, and the sushi is always 10/10. I would recommended the crunchy blue or the smoked salmon philly roll. But honestly I haven’t been disappointed yet. The ambiance is so sick too, red lights and mood lighting/fish tanks etc. Sometimes take out takes a while to be ready but I don’t personally mind because I know it’s going to be amazing. Hostesses are always super sweet too!

Had no idea Denver had a Blue Sushi location! I've visited the Dallas/Fort Worth iterations many times and while I think I enjoy those spots more, the Denver instance was still tasty for sure. I appreciated the typical scale of sushi options Blue has and the stellar drinks as well. Their shishito peppers and crispy rice continue to be stand out selections I'd recommend to others.

A beautiful spot for a date night! The decor is so cute along with a gorgeous aquarium you can see from both seating areas.

From opening until 6:30pm the happy hour pricesss are insane! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 All the appetizer items were great and the sashimi was fresh! The sushi rolls we got were flavorful and such great combinations! The only down part of the rolls was that the sushi rice wasn’t fresh. It was cold, mushed up, and a good amount of the rolls had way too much rice because the grains were smashed flat.

They have an extensive vegan menu which I was surprised by! Didn’t get to try them this time but definitely want to eventually!
