I experienced some extremely poor customer service that I have never experienced at any Chick-Fil-A before. I went through the drive-thru and upon arrival, the cashier was talking on her walkie, laughing and giggling with her associates after one made a “6/7” joke. My partner and I had to wait until she finished said conversation in order to proceed with ordering our food, though we were already pulled up to where she was standing at. While ordering our food, it seemed like she was very bothered and completely rushed through our ordering process. Her name was Jewelle. To others heading to this Chick-Fil-A location, be weary going through the drive-thru towards the end of the night. Don’t expect great customer service.

Great new location. I haven't been inside yet, but I am still impressed. The mobile lane is super fast and efficient. The employees are friendly. The food tastes great. Recently, my breakfast was hot and tasty. The hashbrowns were crisp and the chicken minis juicy. I enjoyed my breakfast.

I am highly disappointed. I love Chick-fil-A, but in this morning, not so much. I requested only eggs in a bowl, that didn’t happen. None of the cream or sugar was given for the coffee. It may sound minuscule, but if you are in your car, you request those for a reason. I never check the bag because it’s usually correct. Just highly disappointed.

Look, I get it—this location is brand new, and they’re still training people. But the afternoon crew really doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. The drive-thru setup is a mess, with two major lanes merging into one, and no one seems to know which car to go to. On top of that, I’ve been told multiple times that my order is complete, only to get home and realize I’m missing half of it.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, it’s just frustrating. Hopefully, they get things under control because, as it stands, I won’t be coming back.
