Both CJ and Desmond were not only prompt, but they were instrumental in making sure I understood exactly everything they were doing throughout my assessment and made sure I had a clear understanding of next steps. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and thoroughness! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

Came to do prep work for my major job. They are quick, efficient, friendly, and amazing. Definitely recommend 10/10

Months down the line, my water leak still has not been repaired. We came out of pocket almost $2k to fix something that wasn’t the issue. Then my warranty company sent them a check for $10,200 for bogus repairs. When I asked for the repair list, half of the things listed were false. I haven’t spoken with anyone from this company in months. My adjuster even said she hasn’t received a response so I had to go with an approved contractor and now my approved amount for repairs has drastically decreased after this company stripped everything out of my bathroom back in April 2026. I am STILL without a bathroom and everything that was removed is now ruined by weather.

Do NOT recommend this company for any serious repairs!!!

Robby and Rashad are AMAZING. Robby has been patient and kind, despite several appointments that I have had to reschedule. Robby and Rashad are highly professional, knowledgable, and explained the details, process, and procedures in a way that I could easily understand. They never tired of repeating their answers to my many questions. Explaining in different ways until I got it. And, as a result I felt not only comfortable with their work, but I felt like an empowered consumer. Which just doesn't happen in business today. Ty, ty, ty Robby and Rashad. I will ask for you the next time that I need this service.

The professionalism of SerClean was above and beyond. Our hot water heater burst, they came out quickly, assessed thoroughly, and provided us with a path forward. Torres and Hayden were kind and understanding. Their knowledge made for quick action to locate all affected areas and dry up the water. Highly recommend this team!!

We got a free evaluation for our water meditation today from SerClean. CJ Forsyth the customer advocate was professional, efficient, and kind. He was very knowledgeable and able to help us understand what needed to be done. From filling insurance claim to contacting separate contractor for remodeler after everything was dry. Very thorough!
We would recommend calling them anytime you might find yourself in need of a evaluation of water abatement in your home.
