Connor came out to remove our old master bath faucet and install a new set. He did a great job with the removal and new insulation. Everything now looks and works great. Will definitely contact with Pacific Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Tony replaced the hot water valve and water line on a hot water heater. The service was provided in a rental property I reside in so the landlord is responsible for the costs involved. My experience with Pacific Plumbing and Drain was very positive. Maddie went the extra mile making contact with the landlord and scheduling the service. Tony arrived on time and immediately got to work and patiently explained the process. Both Tony and Maddie exhibited a high degree of professionalism and empathy. I highly recommend Pacific Plumbing and Drain.

Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable with his work. He gave me a peace of mind, just by providing several options that I have to get my sink unclog. He provided good service, and good price for the work that needs to be done. I definitely recommend Pacific Plumbing & Drain Services and would use their services again in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pacific Plumbing & Drain did an outstanding job on my nail salon project. They installed the drainage system for my spa chairs, water lines, washing machine connections, and water heater professionally and with great attention to detail.

What impressed me the most was their professionalism. They closely followed the project schedule, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and completed everything on time. Their communication and workmanship were excellent from start to finish.

I highly appreciate the team at Pacific Plumbing & Drain and give them a well-deserved 5-star rating. If you’re looking for a reliable plumbing company that does high-quality work at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Pacific Plumbing & Drain.

The service is very professional, timely and friendly. They're doing their IT correctly as well - eliminating redundancies like having to provide the same information to more than one person. They're extremely clear and communicative about the pricing, and they completed the job at the estimated price.
