Nolan came out and provided incredible service for me. Very professional and kind. Selling my house/under contract and needed my sewer cleared of debris. I was given straight forward price that I agreed to. He did exactly what was needed. There was a camera specialist to follow up that the debris is cleared successfully. I am Very impressed with this service transaction . I will refer others. Thanks Nolan you were awesome!! Thanks To Rotorooter...

Derek at Roto Rooter Saves the Day… again! Over the past year, I’m experiencing more plumbing issues with my home which is 10-years old and each time I contacted Roto Rooter and they deliver excellent white glove service. Each technician delivers knowledgeable and fair estimates and delivers service that resolves the issue each time. Thank you Derek for coming out and being kind, respectful and top notch!

Derek, Thank You So Much For Your Incredible Service. You were polite, fast-working, communicative and amazing. You fix the leak I had with my tub for several months. All i can say is that we appreciate your work.

If I could give a rating of 10, I would!! Although I have not experience anything like this before (so I don’t have a point of comparison), they are top-notch service providers!! First a technician came to repair the clog in my sub pump - thorough, kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Then came the project manager, and he was responsive each and every time I texted, called or asked a question. He was so helpful and equally patient, kind and knowledgeable. This was a very disruptive life event and I benefited greatly from their kindness and grace. And the final duo - equally skilled, kind, patient, careful, responsive and helpful - were the water extraction team - the team that moved everything out of the storage closet, garage, laundry room, kitchenette, and hallway, cut out wet dry wall and baseboard, treated wet areas and then set up fans and dehumidifiers. I regret that this review may sound repetitive and I apologize - they deserve more! This was a devastating home event and I was able to navigate through it with the support and assistance of a few very good men, who were skilled, patient and kind when I needed it the most. Thank you!

Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. In a very unfortunate situation with a toilet overflow with sewage water, they came quickly and had experienced supervisors/plumbers and demo crew. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, honesty and communication from beginning to end of the project.
