I’ve had a very pleasant and transparent experience with Chicago Hajj & Umrah. I was able to apply for all of my families visas by using their travel agent and their expertise. Not only are they well-versed in Visa approvals but provide excellent information while walking you through their process.

There’s a lot of travel agencies that are willing to say that they’ll be able to help you and they will be able to do it for a less price. But the less price comes with expensive cost such as refusal’s and rejections.

Brother Hammad guided my family and I throughout the whole process and was able to make any type of uncertainty extremely clear. Such as the timeline of when the Visa documentation will be submitted and the approval return from the Embassy.

With the right price that they offer not only do you get a hassle free Visa process experience but also get extremely transparent and communicative personnel that is willing to help at every moment.

I requested an important service from Hajj and Umrah and my case was assigned to Mr Hammad. He was responsible person and finished my request less the time I was expecting to be concluded it. On the other hand, he prioritized building strong client relationship by practizing deep, active listening and empathy. I can’t forget the good behavior of that staff and hope that all the personnel of this company will follow him.

Got my 10-year Saudi tourist visa through Chicago Hajj & Umrah and Hammad helped me throughout the process.

A different travel agency recommended me to go with Chicago Hajj & Umrah for the 10-year tourist Visa. I messaged them on WhatsApp late on a Friday evening and had responses from them within hours. I sent them my passport on that Saturday morning and had visa issues to me within a week of them getting my passport. I got my passport back the next week so the entire process took just two weeks Alhamdulillah!

Hammad sent me the downloaded copy of the eVisa as soon as it was issued and kept me informed as they got my passport back from the Saudi Consulate and then shipped it back to me.

I highly recommend Chicago Hajj & Umrah for this visa service and I hope to try their other services too insha Allah!
