They got me and I should have seen it coming. We ordered two bowls for pickup and my bowl had double protein. When I got home I got a bowl that was roughly 75% by volume rice with an estimated 3 oz of chicken. I can't believe I paid what I paid to get a solid pound of rice and barely anything else. This was my last visit to a Chipotle. At least your shareholders are happy.

I get food from this Chipotle usually about twice a week since it has opened. The food is always delicious and the service is amazing. No matter what time of day I visit everyone looks like they are enjoying their job and they make me feel like I am why they are there. Being a frequent visitor, I get to see lots of employees and they are all my favorites. So nice to feel good about where I spend my money. Thanks for having a great store!!

2nd time I ordered from this location and second time my order was inadequate and missing items. 17 bucks for a half burrito (pic added) neither of the kids meals had tortillas and one was missing the cheese as well.
*update! After speaking to one of the managers, Jose, he was absolutely customer friendly and resolved the entire issue for me.

I've tried this location twice and it's horrible.
First time placed the order online and the portion was extremely small and the chips were stale and not salted. Today I decided to go in person just to give the location another chance only to find out that in both my salad and a bowl I ordered the meat was cold(out of the fridge cold) Also most of the food they had today looked like it had been seating there for a long time and once again got stale chips.

Well, talk about an extraordinarily great restaurant I went in today at 1 PM, today meaning on a Sunday the place was packed. Every seat was taken. Luckily for me I was taking mine to go.
The food was hot and fresh, the staff was professional, and very courteous. And what a lot of food for the value
For those below that left negative comments, please realize that this place is only been open. What a week, I’d like to know what all you perfected and just a weeks time with them work out the little tweaks, and then do a better review.
BTW, as a traveler, who dies at a lot of restaurants, I never give a review off. I just won visit to a restaurant. This is my third time visiting since you’ve opened, yes, that’s the truth, and each time was superb.
