I made a reservation online for 11:00 am, when they first opened on a Sunday morning. When we arrived there was about 10 of us in total in the restaurant. Not sure why they asked for reservation on line. The lady working there never asked if we had a reservation. Unless they only have a certain amount of people at a time. Because the place was empty. The restaurant is decorated nicely. There is a large mural when you come in on the right side of
temples and an elephant. It goes with the theme of the restaurant. They have lunch specials from 11:00-3:00pm. We only ordered the pad Thai for $12.95 and the pineapple rice from the main menu for $20. We waited less than 10 minutes for the food. Everything was delicious and presented nicely. The servers working there were very friendly. I liked that there was a pitcher of cold water and glasses on the tables when we came. The music playing in the restaurant were the current songs you hear over the radio. My kind of music. We like the pineapple rice so much we ordered an extra pineapple rice to go. When the bill came there was no 18% gratuity added to the bill like I saw online. I asked our server and she said that it is only added if there are 6 or more people in a group. This was our first time coming here and everything was great.

I love jatujak this is the first location I’ve been to located in Steeles in a plaza. Atmosphere and ambiance was great, the decor ties everything together. The service was good and the food came not too long. We got the PadThai and PadSeeEw as well as the chicken wings (not pictured) everything was really yummy. I like coming here for a more affordable Thai restaurant option.

Authentic Thai restaurant! We went there for dinner and tried soft shell crab, sea bass and red curry chicken, all dishes are so flavourful and tasty, and portion is good for sharing. They came with Jasmine rice too.

The presentation was absolutely top-notch — every dish looked beautiful and tasted even better. Everything we tried was so good and full of flavor. Definitely going back again! 🍜✨

Jatujak Thai Restaurant was delicious! The food was really yummy and the service was super fast. The interior decor is very on-theme and cute, which made the whole vibe even better.
I also loved the vinegar sauce and chili oil they give you, honestly so good even just mixed into plain rice. The crispy spicy chicken was a favourite too (not that spicy, but flavourful). Their basil fried rice and noodles were also really tasty. Definitely a nice spot to check out! 😋😋

Love this location.
It is very spacious. I love all the decorations. It makes me feel like I’m somewhere else.
The food comes very very quickly. Is this the best Thai restaurant ever? I wouldn’t say it’s the best but it’s authentic, fast and tasty. The price is budget friendly - especially the lunch special. It is very hard these days to maintain prices and so we are glad this is a place we can come regularly.
They have many budget friendly options, but I decided to splurge a bit for the soft shell crab fried rice. It was tasty, my only feedback is I wish the soft shell crab was a fresh one (not frozen) that was more lightly battered.
Lastly, this place is very family friendly. We saw many young families eating here. They have high chairs and children’s utensils. Good for young families, large family gatherings, friend gatherings or just dining solo.

Everything was impeccable! It is a spacious restaurant that shows a heavy culture of Thai cuisine. This is a perfect spot to host celebrations for a big group.
The service in particular, is very attentive as it seems the restaurant was well staffed to provide the optimal customer experience. The food portion was generous with reasonably priced point.
We've ordered four entrees with an appetizer and two thai milk tea, which came to $133 post gratuity during this tax relief period.
This was not the first visit to Jatjutak, and my experience was always amazing!
The mango sticky rice dessert and Thai milk tea is a must order!

When it comes to attention to detail, this establishment puts all their competitors to shame. Just take a look at that Mango Sticky Rice, they surrounded the tri-color rice balls with mango slices into the shape of a heart! What a cute way to close out a meal. And if you take a closer look at the rice in the 2nd picture, they used a mold to shape the rice into a Christmas tree! The Eggplant Boat was merely a lunch special. Who puts so much attention to detail for lunch specials? Jatujak does!
The Eggplant Boat is a new item on their lunch special. The flavor of the dish was rather light for me though. I am someone who loves to order braised eggplant casseroles whenever I sit down at a Chinese restaurant, so I'm used to eggplant served in thick and heavy sauces. The sauce that floated the Eggplant Boat was much more bland and watery in comparison.
Adding $7.50 to make it a combo was a great decision as it included Thai ice tea, spring roll and a side salad.

I've always gone to the Jatujak on Victoria Park but lately this one on Steeles is more convenient. First time dining in, food was amazing and they were attentive, so service was great.
Nice decor and atmosphere, definitely more than the other location. I love the jelly fish rattan lights. Seating is also very sufficient with lots of tables.
We ordered the Pu Pad Pong Karee (soft shell crab) and a chicken Pad Thai. They were both delicious and compared to another good Thai place uptown, I think they do the Pad Thai better and overall a mild less spicier. Portions are big too.
Definitely will come back and see how their Khao Soi is compared to Victoria Park location.

This place offered different varieties of Thai food and all of them were delicious. The food came with different layers of spices, particularly Tom yum soup and Mango salad. Price and portion was very reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

I've eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants this year and they've been great, even excellent! It's been a while, however, since I've been to Jatujak. I went to their Scarborough location for lunch recently and it was as good as I remembered it to be.
We had their Pad Kee Mao with Chicken and their Green Curry with Chicken. Both dishes were really good and reasonably priced for lunch at only $11.95 each.
Check them out at Middlefield and Steeles!

Mmm, Thai food! There's something about it that I really love! The flavours speak to me!
On this visit, I ordered the Mango Salad, Pad Thai w/Chicken, Spicy Crispy Chicken, and Gang Kew Whan (Thai Green Curry) w/Chicken.
Everything tasted really good, with rich flavours!
