Here is a note we sent the maître D' today:

Dear Fabio,

My wife and I want to thank you for welcoming us so graciously to Felice last evening. You were the perfect host and introduced your restaurant so skillfully.

Thank you too for the special treats of the pistachio cheesecake (utterly delicious) and the rarefied limoncello (memorable).

We sincerely hope the management group uses its Sant Ambroeus umbrella as a more effective marketing tool. Your food is worthy of the imprimatur.

Warmly,

Went for our anniversary, blown away by everything/everyone. Our server was super attentive, the manager Fabio really made us feel special. The after dinner drink with Jack at the bar was amazing! Highly recommend Felice, we will absolutely be back.

Felice in Portchester was an amazing experience. My wife and I visited this location for the first time. The manager Fabio made the experience and extravaganza his staff from buses to service were amazing. Our server Brian was sweet, courteous, prompt, and kind, the sommelier Colette as young as she was had as much knowledge as any sommelier I’ve ever met. We had the most amazing time. I forget to mention the food. The quinoa salad, the chicken liver, the salmon, steak forget about the pistachio tiramisu off the hook. Can I go any further? Just come and visit. You will not be disappointed..

Felice in Port Chester is one of our absolute favorites. My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The service was truly impeccable - attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring without ever feeling overdone. Fabio, the manager, sets the tone in a way you can feel immediately. He made us feel welcomed, seen, and taken care of, and that level of attention carries through the entire staff.

We’ve been to several Felice locations throughout Manhattan, and this one stands out. There’s a level of connection and consistency here that elevates the entire experience.

The food was just as impressive: beautifully balanced flavors, everything cooked perfectly, and clearly executed with intention.

This is one of those places you keep coming back to, not just for the food, but for how you’re treated while you’re there.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The service really stood out, Fabio’s customer service was amazing. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time.

The drinks were excellent, and the food was just as impressive, everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. You can tell they really care about both quality and the overall guest experience.

I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and top-tier service. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
