Just got me some tenders and mac n' cheese. This new manager, Adam is a great dude! Very friendly and professional. The food was actually perfect.

This location used to be not so great but this new guy rocks, I hope this Popeyes stays for a long time

Last visited 2 months ago and had bad experience. Figured I’d give them another try. All I can say is WOW! When I arrived the inside of this restaurant was very clean and appealing. I was promptly greeted by Adam. He was professional and friendly and accurately recalled my to go order. He also confirmed that Popeye’s uses beef tallow for frying. I’m glad to see that this location is now being properly managed. I didn’t notice any employees looking at their phone or goofing off. If you’ve had a bad experience here in the past, I highly recommend giving them another chance. I almost forgot to mention the food was great. It was fresh and hot. Thank you for the great service! I will be back again soon.

This Popeyes has been really good since opening a few years back, but it is going down hill. Today, the menu screen wasn’t working, but no big deal, easy enough to still order. My young daughter and I pull up and are the only ones there. The guy at the window gave me a drink then disappeared for a few minutes. He eventually came back and had me pull up to wait for food, I have no idea why. We waited about 10-15 minutes, and during that time, at least 3 cars went through in speedy fashion. Finally I go in and ask about the hold up. The window guy, what I think was the manager, and the cook were all just standing around and chatting. They had no excuse for the delay. They confirmed my order and made it in seconds. I’m pretty sure they just completely forgot about me, and I still don’t know why they had me pull up. It was very annoying to say the least.

ADAM IS AN ALL STAR MANAGER AT POPEYES! The customer service was great. I was greeted with a genuine sense of welcome when I pulled up to the drive through and he communicated with me while my order was being made . I went in to eat instead and the place was definitely clean as you could even tell by employees walking out and tidying he keeps a standard! Adam also greeted me in the store and chatted a little bit about the restaurant process as well. Thanks Adam!

It seems to have gone downhill over the last few months, used to have an older couple running it and it was great, these younger ones just dont have it.
