I was happy to find this company to order products at a great price. So I placed my order and it gave me a shipping price of $19 which was great for what I ordered that was a total order of about $90 but was bulky. I paid online and proceeded to wait for my order. I received a call from them asking me if I could take care of arranging my own shipping for the heaviest product in the order. I asked if they could take care of it as it's more trouble for me to arrange myself. They called me back with a shipping cost of $58 dollars for a $60 product added to the $19 for the other product that is worth $11.

As a company that offers online orders and shipping, you should have your affairs in order to offer proper shipping costs for all your products and not call a customer that already paid for shipping asking him for more money.

I'm sure everything is great if you go there in person and pick up an order in person but their online shipping is very sub par.

Unfortunate as I was happy with their product prices themselves.
