Hello. My name is Dariusz. My new 2024 Toyota Rav4 was serviced on May 26, 2026 , regarding missing scissors jack kit. I arrived at 4pm and front desk lady ask me for the key. Then in 1 min the mechanic came. They solved the problem without any hassle. I was treated with the respect and nice smile. Forgive me but I forgot the name of the person who help me.
