I would highly recommend Califirnia Blinds for purchasing custom window coverings! Gloria came out initially for selections and initial measurements. She answered questions and provided guidance as I made my selections. The final measurement process went smoothly as well. When Andrew came to do the actual installation, he did a great job and took the time to show me how to use the mechanized ones. Their pricing was very reasonable as I was frustrated initially that other companies I talked with were so overpriced. I highly recommend using this company as both their service and pricing made me feel like a valued customer.

We have given this company way too many chances and they are just awful to work with. 1 we were told how long the blinds were going to take to come in, 2-3 weeks, after 5 weeks I started calling and getting frustrated. No updates and Cody who answered the phone was very rude. Then finally they arrived, the installer arrives and no one checked the boxes to make sure the blinds were correct and then had to take them back and fix them. Finally we get them installed and ordered the second part of the blinds. We were told they would arrive before the Thanksgiving. So we placed order, again, they did not arrive on time but weeks after, and then when they brought the order they forgot the modem that is supposed to control all the blinds. they told us they will mail it and we can install it ourselves. We dont know how to do it or what to do and this again was something we paid for them to do. It's been a very frustrating situation and communication has been horrible. The final chance before I wrote a negative review was the completion of the project and now my husband is spending the day reading instructions trying to figure out how to install this modem for our blinds. The blinds get stuck on the door handles they told us they had something to help with the issue and when we called they said they let the company know but they have no solutions for us.

Gloria actually steered me to a color that worked better with my existing room color palette. She had a large selection of colors that weren’t taupe, beige or gray. I was kept in the loop during the holiday. Andrew showed up, installed, demonstrated and was gone with a smile. The new cellular shades are beautiful. They almost blend into the shade of blush on the wall. I plan to redo the window in the bedroom next year. Guess who I will be calling. Get your books ready Gloria. See you soon.

Amazing experience with California Blinds. Andrew is a hard worker and knows his blinds. He installed all my blinds in appx 4 hours. Carl, the owner is respectful and courteous and answered all my questions. Their pricing beats everyone else and so does the quality of their work.

A few months back I purchased 2 blind valances which came out great. In moving one to paint I broke 2 clips and called California Blinds Co. for replacement. They offered to send replacements at no charge. Great customer service and much appreciated.

We are 100% satisfied with our custom Made in USA blinds from California Blinds Company.
I spoke with Carl—he is super knowledgeable and clearly knows his craft. The blinds come with a remote control to raise or lower each or all at once, and they perfectly cover two large windows and two sliding doors, making the room completely dark even on sunny days. The installation was handled professionally with great attention to detail. We highly recommend California Blinds Company—they offer custom solutions and the best blinds in Los Angeles!

I had an issue with my vertical blinds that came with the house; they wouldn’t open or close properly. I tried calling around to other local companies but no one was interested in doing a repair, only a replacement. Carl and his team were able to identify the issue and fix it in one day. My blinds are working like new again. Great service, highly recommend!!

I’m only sorry that I can’t award more than five stars….. California blinds customer service department (Carl) needs 10 stars. When my purchase was damaged during shipment I was contacted within a matter of hours after I called and replacement product was shipped within two business days. I appreciate his concern for me and he went above and beyond to answer some other questions that I had… again; I would recommend California Blinds without hesitation.

Just got my blinds from California Blinds, and honestly, I’m super happy with how everything turned out. Their customer service was on point—super friendly and helped me pick out what would work best in my space without making it complicated.

The blinds? They’re great quality. Look awesome, feel solid, and were really easy to put up. Totally upgraded my room.
