I was reffered to US Shutters and Blinds a couple of years ago by my friend who got roller blinds installed by them. I also got roller blinds installed by them about 2 years ago for all the windows of my home. Recently, one of the roller blinds got stuck (can't roll up) recently due to a manufacturing defect. I contacted Sylvia, US Shutters and Blind's customer care representative. Sylvia listened to issue I had with the blind. She is very helpful, and offered complementary technician's visit to my home. Their technician Henry came right at the time of appointment, he also found it as a manufacturing defect. He uninstalled roller blinds, and came back with fixed roller blind 2 days later. The roller blinds are working smoothly like new again.

It was an incredible experience the service that US Shutters provided to me. If there is a six star, I would rate it as 6 too. The folks here didn’t just try to sell me their products, they made sure the shutters style are match with my house decorations and walls. Their prices are just unbelievable cheap comparing to other quotes that I received. They worked with my schedule, showed up on time and completed the work fast and no issue. They also cleaned up nicely before they left. I would recommend them for anyone in a heartbeat.

US Shutters recently installed our wood shutters and I’m happy to say that it was the best experience with no hassles whatsoever. The staff were professional and very helpful with explaining about what they do and their product seem to be of great quality. We would definitely recommend US Shutters to anyone that is looking to purchase and/or have shutters installed.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with US Shutters and Blinds. Adam came out to measure all of our windows and walked us through how the window shutters would look once installed. He even brought multiple samples so we could see the different shutter sizes in person, which was incredibly helpful. The lead time wasn’t long, and they even installed temporary shades while we waited. Installation was quick and seamless. We shopped around and even considered independent contractors, but when I say you can’t beat US Shutters and Blinds’ pricing, I mean it. Fantastic service, unbeatable value, and we highly recommend them!

We had an Excellent experience dealing with US Shutter and Blinds. Quality and price are both great. Javier came out and measured and was very knowledgeable about shutters and taught us a lot since we were replacing blinds with shutters for the entire house. They even proactively called us to check our satisfaction and sent a tech out to recaulk a few spots. We will definitely use them again.
