Restoration 365 is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish Joe as well as Drew and the whole crew were attentive detail oriented and put their customers first. I was informed of every decision daily and was able to call without feeling as if I was bothering anyone. The restoration as well as the reconstruction was phenomenal. I have recommended this company to family and friends and will use them again in the upcoming months. You cannot go wrong with restoration 365. This company was incredible, they were out within an hour of finding our hot water heater had basically blown up and spent days drying us out and saving whatever items they could for us. We would have been in such a bigger mess without them and they made sure to get us hot water the same day to at least be able to shower. I would HIGHLY recommend Restoration 365!

I called this company after water leak in my house. From the moment they answered (Drew), I could tell this was a different company. Most companies have automated messages and require layers of calls just to get someone to come out. The team came out right away same day, assessed the situation, and resolved. I can say there isn't another company that cares more than they do. If I ever had another leak or a friend needed a referral, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. We had an outstanding experience with Restoration 365 after a water leak caused significant damage in our home. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The mitigation work was executed at a very high level, and it was clear they take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Foreman Tracy and his crew were exceptional. Tracy kept us informed throughout the entire process, explained each step clearly, and made sure every detail was handled with care. The team showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized workspace.

Two days before Christmas last year my home experienced water damage on my 2nd floor bathtoom that leaked down thru the ceiling to the 1st floor. We were so distraught since it was so close to Christmas. We called Restoration 365 at in the early morning hours and they came out right away within an hour of our call. They were very professional and assessed all the water damage and then came back on Christmas Eve to remove the damage and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They reassured us that everything would be OK and they would help us thru the process of rebuilding. Joe and Drew were extremely helpful with working with my insurance and assisting in finding workers for the rebuild. We were so pleased by all their help from the beginning to end. I wanted to post this earlier in the year but unfortunately didn't get a chance to. I couldn't let the one year anniversary go by without thinking about where we were this time last year without posting how greatful we are to have had Resortation 365 help.

Everything from the initial call to the very end dealing with paperwork for my insurance company was an great experience! Tracy and Luis were friendly and took the time to explain things to me. They respected my space and kept it clean. Drew and Joe were very helpful answering all my questions and getting me an estimate for repair. I didn't feel rushed or overlooked even though it was an overwhelming experience. Highly recommend!

Joe arrived on time after confirming a slight change. He was courteous and very friendly on a business level. He spoke about his background and his qualifications for addressing our mold issue. Restoration 365 is absolutely amazing!! They are respectable and thorough. This is one of the finest companies in the business. They are honest, reliable, hardworking, and will treat you with respect. Their knowledge and expertise made our horrid situation much easier to deal with than we initially expected. Joe took the time to verbally walk through the restoration process with patience and empathy. He answered any and all questions that we had regardless of the length of time it took for us to understand completely what was happening to our family home.

The Restoration 365 crew understands the grief that homeowners feel when losing so much of their lifelong collected materials and memories due to unexpected catastrophes. Joe, Tracy, and Drew were on call to answer any questions that we had during the process. Even in the middle of the night when our roof was ripped off of our home during a horrible abrasive windstorm, Joe was there to answer the call to help us.

Restoration 365 did an amazing job at cleaning up the water pouring from my ceiling and flooding due to busted pipes. Tracy was so thorough and meticulous that there was no need or desire to hover. We knew that the job would get done accurately and with precision. Tracy always went the extra mile and even made sure that the crew stayed late until the daily goal was met. I appreciate all five of the Restoration 365 crew that restored our home to where it could be livable again. They had the flood under control and the mess drying within 2 hours. The entire team was courteous, professional, clean and efficient. They even took the time out to take pictures of EVERY SINGLE item that was damaged, from clothing/coats to album collections. Those that could be washed, cleaned, and/or restored, they removed and brought back cleaned and restored.

Restoration 365 is willing to wait for the insurance proceeds and NEVER asked for any money. Throughout the process, they continued to ensure us that we would not incur any out-of-pocket costs and they were right. The Restoration 365 team did everything to make sure that we were comfortable and got our situation resolved promptly. We would strongly recommend and definitely would use them again if needed.

The follow-up work was performed as promised. They ripped out the carpets, ceilings and walls, and dried everything. There is absolutely no evidence that anything happened. If I had to describe Restoration 365 in 5 words, they would be: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, and Value.

I HIGHLY recommend Restoration 365. 10 out of 10 customer service experience! If you're reading this then you're probably considering hiring this company. Do it! Don't bother shopping around - seriously!! You will not regret it.

This company answered the phone on a Sunday morning at 6 AM with a live person - Sent a team of guys headed by Drew Who worked meticulously all day long to take care of the flood in my basement from a busted hose On the back of my washing machine. Everything was done well, From the initial mitigation to the drying to the cleanup. They worked directly with my homeowners insurance. Extremely satisfied customer!!

Joe and his team responded quickly to our emergency and worked tirelessly for days to dry out our house after extensive water damage to our upstairs. The entire team was polite and careful while working in our home. They listened to all of our concerns and responded quickly and with compassion. Joe and his crew were absolutely amazing. He showed up immediately and came with very high tech equipment. Joe explained the entire process and what he was doing as he was doing it. He answered every question I had about the loss I had experienced. He and his crew started the demo work that was needed that day. The following day he sent a few of his workers who were polite and courteous and also explained everything they were doing.
