Around 4pm it was quite and calm. Great nachos, the service was impeccable. After the game 11pm the place was pure chaos shoulder to shoulder. The staff was still just as polite. Depending what you prefer choose your time wisely.

Maddie was awesome! My family and I came in last night and had a really great time. My sister has a gluten allergy and is always a little stressed about eating out, but Maddie was super helpful and made sure she could get a lettuce-wrapped burger with no issues. Even though it was pretty busy she stayed on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly, attentive, and honestly made our experience so much better. We’ll definitely be back!

I was in town for a group meet up and we ended up @ the cowboy for karaoke. Because it was a Monday, the bar was understandably quiet at 8pm.

The gentleman who checked us in at the front door had a great personality and was very quick getting us in.

Our bartender in the karaoke bar was delightful. She took very good care of our group with delicious cocktails, excellent service and when the bar became very busy, she still crushed it! Very impressive!

My only reservation was the audio system. The stage monitor was barely audible and made it difficult to hear the backing tracks. One thing I would suggest to make the karaoke experience more efficient would be to use Karafun. It's very easy to operate on both the KJ and the guest experience.

Definitely will be visiting again the next time I'm in P'burgh!

I went here for my 50th birthday last night. The band in front was awesome!!! I forgot their name. I apologize. Wanna B in the back had wonderful karaoke. I sang and had such a great time!!! Once the bartenders and security found out it was my 50th birthday, they catered to me and my family. The people and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Thank yall for making my birthday sooooooo great!!!
