I have to say, bye for the best beauty supply store I’ve been to in a long time! A huge thank you to KJ, Christine, and Fola at the cashier for being so helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

You can truly feel the positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Everyone was willing to help, and the customer service was amazing. I honestly recommend this beauty supply store to anyone in the downtown core looking for great products and even better service.

I trekked out to this location over my lunch hour. Krishana greeted me warmly upon my arrival (as did another employee who was tending to something else). Krishana was helpful and very knowledgeable as I tried to choose the right products for an upcoming braiding extension project. She was able to suggest substitute products in some cases as well. I was in and out with everything I needed and time to return to work. I had a super pleasant experience here and personalized customer service. Thanks, Krishana - I would come here again.

I visited Core Beauty Supply , and unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired.

When I walked in, there were three employees behind the counter. Another customer and I entered around the same time, yet neither of us was acknowledged. No one looked up, greeted us, or offered to help. The only person who eventually acknowledged me was a cashier named KJ (if I remember the name correctly).

What stood out the most was the lack of customer awareness. A simple "Hi, welcome!" or "We'll be with you in a moment" would have made a huge difference. Instead, it felt like customers were expected to figure things out on their own.

I understand that retail can be busy and not every employee is naturally outgoing, but providing a basic greeting and making customers feel welcome is a fundamental part of customer service. I hope this is something the team works on because a more welcoming atmosphere would greatly improve the overall shopping experience.

This Jarvis location has very good customer service reps. Very attentative knowledgeable and always willing to help and assist with any questions I may have; clean store organized and a great additions to the st Lawrence market area .. something we definitely needed!

I used to shop at the bloor store but so happy Clore is now in my area. It is the perfect store for all your hair care, skin and beauty needs. A nice young man greeted me as soon as I entered, very polite and also helped me with finding a product. Looking forward to my next shopping trip at this location.
