I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received from Tee and Marcella! Tee is an outstanding bartender—friendly, engaging, and he made some of the best drinks I’ve had. Marcela was an exceptional server who was attentive, professional, and always made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit.

Their positive attitudes and genuine hospitality turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. They made me feel welcomed from start to finish, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

If you’re visiting, I highly recommend asking for Tee at the bar and Marcela as your server. They truly set the standard for excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back because of them! ⭐️👏🍹

One star is generous. Worst birthday party experience. I’ve already sent an email of our concerns.
We hosted our son's birthday party yesterday at Main Event Greensboro, and it was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've had.

From the moment we arrived, our reserved bowling lanes were occupied by another group, delaying our party. I asked to go on another lane and was told they were reserved…wasn’t ours supposed to be reserved?? Once we finally started, the bumpers didn't work in either lane. The employees didn't know how to reset the bowling games, and we lost a significant portion of our reserved time. We were then rushed off the lanes to eat, only to find our pizza and party tray weren't ready. We spent a ridiculous amount on an additional party tray of food: $60 for some pizza slices, mozzarella sticks and pretzel bites.

Our party host was kind but clearly overwhelmed and seemed untrained. We ended up refilling our own drinks, and basic questions about our party package couldn't be answered. In the arcade, more than half games malfunctioned while still deducting credits from the kids' cards, and the only solution offered was to "try another game." The game cards we paid for were just another waste of money because the error messages would pop up AFTER swiping and after points were deducted.

We understand that occasional issues happen, but this wasn't one isolated problem—it was every part of the party. The manager offered only a small discount after everything that went wrong and never followed up or apologized. She was not concerned with any of our concerns.

We spent a lot of money to celebrate our son's birthday, and instead of making memories, we spent the afternoon dealing with one problem after another. It was awful and an utter waste of money. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, and I hope management addresses the lack of training, maintenance, and customer service so other families don't have the same experience.

My cousin recommended this location to me so that I can have a location where to entertain my grandbaby for the summer vacation. The location is huge. They have a one day bracelet with entrée and playing card credit for one set price. There is a location where food and drinks are served. There was one staff named Jamill who not only was the bartender, she was the cleaner, serving food, she was a one man show. Despite being solo, she was pleasant and attentive The food was good also. I will definitely return with my grandbaby.

Would have given "Main Event" at 5star, but this place is a little hectic and unorganized. There's a lot of Young workers who are extremely rude when it comes to customer service, kiosk machines issues, in a little crowded especially on Saturdays. ! Does not have gravity ropes or mini golf as advertised on website. Confusion with purchasing packages and hidden promotions. Broken cotton candy machine.
Overall there is a lot to do with family of all ages Such as bowling, laser tag, games and prizes, pool tables, venue etc. ! The food was phenomenal !!! chicken wings, burgers, Pizza fries and the drinks were amazing.
It's an all-inclusive purchase, says unlimited but due the crowds of people, they limit activities to 1hr.
Also, Major shout out and THANK YOU, to our waitress Miss Sarah, who did an awesome job in saving this company face. Thank you for all your patience in due diligence in making this night special for all of us !

Tony made our night at Main Event absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly personable and welcoming. He had our entire family laughing and truly made us feel right at home. He refilled our drinks without us ever having to ask, gave us fantastic menu suggestions, and was attentive to our needs. What really stood out was how he helped us celebrate our brother’s birthday. He went above and beyond to make the night feel special, and we’re so grateful for that. Tony’s energy, kindness, and professionalism turned a fun outing into a memorable celebration. Main Event is lucky to have him! We will be back!!!
