We were just passing through on a long road trip. Food was fresh. The play place was nice and clean and good for our two year old to let out some energy from being stuck in the car! Manager Don was VERY welcoming, was constantly checking on customers and ensuring the dining room was clean.

This morning around 7:30, my husband went through the drive-thru to pick up the new Chicken & Waffles sandwich for both of us. When we opened the order, we realized that his sandwich was missing the chicken.

It really wasn’t a big deal—I actually used to work at Chick-fil-A, so I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when a new menu item drops and the store is probably extra busy!

Since my husband had to get to work and didn’t have time to turn around, I called the store to see what our options were. I was immediately greeted by a manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. He offered to either replace the sandwich if my husband could come back or add a replacement to my Chick-fil-A app for us to use later.

Not only did he take care of everything extremely quickly, but he actually added two Chicken & Waffles sandwiches to my app! That was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture.

We have always received amazing service at this location. We’ve probably visited more than 50 times since living in Mooresville, and this is genuinely the first time our order has ever been incorrect. The way the team handled such a small mistake only made me appreciate this location even more.

This is easily my favorite Chick-fil-A location. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for consistently providing such great customer service and for going above and beyond this morning. We really appreciate it and will absolutely continue being loyal customers! ❤️🐔

This is a huge Chick-fil-a, I mobile ordered and my food was ready quickly. This restaurant served the biggest chicken patty I have ever gotten! It was hot and delicious! To make it even better the Charlotte area Chick-fil-A's were offering a free ice tea. Great restaurant!

As a Canadian, it took me many long years to visit Chick-fil-A. Despite discovering its delicious sauce years ago, I had never partook in the delights of its famous chicken. I can now say that I have and it did not disappoint. You can't get fast food like it. I was also very impressed by the friendly atmosphere and extremely clean well arranged interior of the restaurant.

Honestly of you haven't had chick fil a you have been living under a rock. Their chicken is so good and fried in peanut oil. Then their waffle fries are so good too. I always get the spices chicken deluxe. Their breakfast is good too. The breakfast burrito and bowl hot the spot every time and biscuit sandwiches are great too.
