Service is a either a hit or miss. Was served by Rania and she was rude, the way she would explain and she looked disinterested in what she was doing. Every time we asked for clarification or for her to repeat her body language was off (no eye contacts, stiff facial expressions, and frowning). But the one working next to her seemed so kind and helpful I wish she served us instead of Rania.

The guy took my phone to fix the SIM card, he then proceeded to access my google account to give himself 5 stars. Just a sneaky move. I hate it so much... you cannot trust anybody.

Went there to pay a plan ,paid with debit card 57.49 ,but they only credited $25. ..went back with receipt and still would not refund me or or credit the balance ..apparently I am not the first one this happened to..they are being investigated for fraud by interact ....response by owner untrue ,chatr helped me with 25$ credit not the owner ,not even a phone call to apologize. Warning to anyone who does business with this chatr booth they are dishonest
