Worse service by Roger. Very bad experience with Roger. I didn't recommend to anyone. They have no customer service number. It is impossible to reach out to Roger customer service for getting any information about my I Phone 17 Pro. Which is in Roger Activation centre since June

Try cancelling your service and you will find out how awful this company is. I was on the phone for more than an hour, and then said "we can't cancel - our system won't let us - we will put in a ticket" - can you believe that!!

Update: it's still terrible! After not being able to get a hold of them by phone because of the long waiting time I have applied to the same service online and their answer was an email telling me to call them. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
I'm eager for my contract to expire so I could change companies really fast

Terrible service and pretty bad company overall... I applied for internet online and I have received confirmation of the order but I have never received the device. I called them multiple times and they sent me the same thing twice and for whatever reason now I received my bill and I have to pay two internet connections. I have not been able to use the internet at all because the device they sent me has a problem and I've been trying to get in touch with technical ever since. Hours and hours on wait and I still didn't get in touch with them. Now I'm calling to fix this billing issue but the robot hanged up on me saying that they are receiving a very high number of calls and to call later. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICES ARE TOTAL GARBAGE. I am really sad for switching to rogers, as soon as the contract is up I'm changing the provider

We closed our contract and sequentially our account at Rogers. Two weeks later, we were notified by email that there was a last bill from the last month that had to be paid. As we closed our account , we cannot login into Rogers and pay from our account. We have contacted Rogers support 5(!!!!) times asking to send us bill in .pdf to our email that has been associated with the account, but it seems that for this working in the telecommunications industry, it is unprecedented challenging as every time we just receive a link to our previous account, that obviously, does not exist/work anymore. How come this absurd, l have to name my credentials every time to ask for Rogers support, but I can not use them to get a .pdf document nor for using the previous account. I wasted more time than that couple of dollars that was notified to me. Horrible service
