Sean was professional, efficient and charged a fair price. I will start to use this company annually to get my carpets cleaned now.

Chem-Dry of Marin has earned my trust and my business. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this company goes above and beyond. They are professional, dependable, and genuinely care about doing the job right.

Shawn is amazing.
I spilled coffee on a neutral (ok cream colored) rug and the stain had set.

All the other stain removal companies told me they wouldn't even attempt it

Shawn came out and within an hour the stain was completely gone.

I had scheduled an appointment with this company. They gave me a window of 12-2. They confirmed morning of the appointment. I spent so much time getting ready for the appointment and have furniture and everything out of the way. I paid for a dog walker so my dog would not be in the way. They called at 1:50 pm saying the would not be coming and offered not discount for wasting my time. They wasted my time and money and could have cared less about doing so. Very disappointed and they have zero customer service .
