Karla was absolutely amazing. I called in looking for an Apple Watch on my promotion, and she was so friendly when She picked up the phone that even though my watch wasn't in stock, I just stopped in to see maybe if I could order it. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful and just so kind and even willing to help me with my car that was having issues. This woman is an amazing human, and a hard worker!

Karla was such a pleasure to work with. She eased my nerves with setting up my new iPhone and Apple Watch. She even let me sit there for a good half hour just making sure all of my data transferred to my new device while she took care of other customers. Very happy with my service - now I just need to convince my husband to stop by and get the same perks ◡̈

Sales associate Mr. Himadri welcomed me as I entered the property today at 11:35am. I was in need of headphone, USB port and a magnetic grip strip. He was very thorough in his explanation and show great customer service while listening to my concerns. While multi-tasking he assisted each guestthat was in the store. I am not a verizon customer, but upon my next visit i'll ask for his assistance again.

I'd highly recommend his service and a visit to this property. Great customer service. Very pleased with my choices and purchases.

Himadri is the coolest bro that ever sold me a phone. The staff here are super nice and knowledgeable. The place is clean. Everything is spiffy as hell. This place is definitely the best of Verizon.

Sally helped me with my broken phone, and helped us save money, we were able to get a new iPad and Apple Watch, while also saving money when switching plans. My poor iPhone 13 was splitting in half (in the pictures) because the battery was about to explode and Sally literally saved me! Thank you sooo much, I know have a iPhone 17 and I won’t be using fake chargers lol…no more broken phones for me. Thanks for teaching me and helping us save money!
