We had a great experience working with Adam Tarr. He was knowledgeable and honest about the process. He had attention to detail, his research and pricing strategy and his clear advice made the experience smooth. Being a Canadian Snowbird he helped us understand the challenges of a Cross Border experience from a tax perspective and provided guidance as to whom we needed to talk to. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Adam!

So we just celebrated our first year in our new home that Adam found for us. He knew when he first saw it listed that it would be perfect for us. Adam was very patient with us as we looked at many homes with him but just couldn't find the right one until we did.
We were very impressed with Adam's professionalism as well as his knowledge of the real estate market in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.
My wife and I highly recommend Adam for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in metropolitan Phoenix.

We recently sold our Mesa home through Adam. He is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If you deal with Adam to buy or sell your home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Adam for making the selling of our home go so well.

Adam was so patient with me on my purchase as I would fly in for a 4 day weekend once a month to view homes to buy. He was prepared and knowledgeable of the areas and we even laughed when I found out the Salt River was blue on the map but hadn't had water since the 70's. He is very professional and I have already recommended him to my friends. I can say with out a doubt that he genuinely was looking out for my best interest in finding a home with a shop.

After contacting a few realtors online and discussing my needs and wants, I chose Adam to help me find my perfect home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Phoenix market and was very professional and patient. I ended up changing my search area multiple times due to both his recommendations and a last minute change in work locations. I would definitely recommend Adam to my friends and family.
