I had such a great experience here! Zarah was absolutely wonderful—so kind, patient, and professional. She made me feel comfortable and was very attentive throughout the whole experience. You can really tell that she cares about the people she works with. Thank you so much, Zarah, for being so sweet and helpful!❤️

My daughter loves it here and she has progressed so much since she started! The people working here are amazing and we are very sad that she’s aging out. 10/10!

If I could give zero stars I would! The attitudes and demeanor of these workers are very unprofessional! I would 100% not trust them with any child, especially one of autism. They are very distasteful. Look elsewhere if possible!

Horrible and unprofessional. Wade is rude and disrespectful. He is petty and spiteful. I was cleared to pick my child up early for OT therapy. Which i have came and did before with no issues.
I had a conversation with Zahra about the constant bad experiences i was receiving from the techs and lack of communication when its time for pick up. It was issues from the very beginning. Anytime i had a complaint or concerns WADE is so quick to withdraw my child from the center. Instead of having conversations with the techs and training them better. He retaliates against my child.

At that point i was done expressing my concerns with him so i went to zahra.
Zahra took my concerns and issues to wade. The next day when it was time for me to get my child for OT therapy. I called ahead of time to let the front desk know i would be there shortly. When i arrived i was told the tech took my son back to the room. So i waited. The therapy is 20mins away from the center and if i am late they will cancel the service and its points against my child. After so many points they will remove my child from the program. I informed the front desk that i needed to leave soon. As i am waiting wade comes to the front desk.

I could hear my child with the tech behind the door just standing there as i could also see their feet under the door. 20mins past before the tech walked through door which eventually made me late for my child OT appointment. I put my child in the car. I walked back in and i ask wade why is he intentionally being spiteful and intentionally holding my child from being released to cause us to be late. I wasn’t not disrespectful or use profanity. But i was upset as any other parent would be in my situation. I wanted answers because all of sudden when i have a conversation with zahra about my concerns everyone attitude changed. I could feel the tension. I would come in. They barely speak now. Its just silence.

I would come in. In the Am say good morning and it will be techs in the lobby who wouldn't even speak. And wade would be right there. Zahra told me that the techs are young and they lack work ethic and they are only there for a check to survive. They’re aren’t mature and my age so they aren’t going to take their job serious. It’s a high turnover in that job field. Which is true because they were constantly putting my child with a different every week.

I already have to adapt with leaving my non verbal child with complete strangers. But every other day or week it’s a new person. Wade would intentionally do this.
He use my child as a training tool for all the new techs.
I never really saw other kids there with a different tech every other day or week.
Never any consistency.
I had to deal with different attitudes and personalities every other day. I was overwhelmed and tired of the constant change and the lack of communication. The techs not fully completing the reports.
I would look at the report and i saw a short part of the AM and thats it.
Like what about the rest of the day????
I pick my child up crying and I want to know why. The tech gives me a blank stare like she has no clue. So of course my mind is coming up with all kind of assumptions.

The conversation that was had with Zahra about the techs made me look at Zahra totally different. How could you ever let a comment like that come out your mouth to a parent of a special needs child who is non verbal and who cant advocate for themselves. That was all i needed to know. The lack of concern, empathy and sympathy was so crazy to me.
My child is just a pay check for you all.

I was planning to withdraw my child anyways. But wade expedited the withdrawal because he didn't like the conversation i had about his professionalism and his behavior with the techs with being more personal than professional with them. Worst experience ever. They are the reason i trust no one around my child.
