Caseys kitchen accuse me of damaging the kitchen myself, and said it was water damage when it clearly Wasn’t it was the MDF came apart at the bottom
This is probably a $200 fix but they’ve continually hassle me and blamed another company and said they no longer deal with that company so instead of fixing it or at least coming to look at it they’ve accuse me of damaging myself and blamed the other company
They said that I left water on are hardwood floor now why would anybody do that? They’re full of excuses they don’t stand behind their products.
I would never recommend this company to anybody that wants to spend a lot of money on a kitchen although they have good designs. Their quality materials is garbage and they don’t stand behind their carpentry. I feel insulted by her accusations

I had an amazing experience designing our kitchen, laundry room and ensuite with Laura Aitken. Her expertise and ongoing communication helped to transform and create our space beautifully. She was very accommodating to any changes made. I would definitely recommend working with her!

We had GCW do our kitchen in our past house in 2016 and they did such a wonderful job that we immediately went back to them in 2023 to do all of our cabinets in our new home. Dave Gilmore and his team at GCW were amazing !! My wife and I are so satisfied with the design and quality of the cabinets we are beyond words. Dave Gilmore was amazing and extremely helpful in all aspects of the project. Once again Dave and his team at GCW knock it out of the park !!!

We had a vision for our kitchen renovation and design, but had no idea how to put it all together to make it happen. We did endless research and went to several different kitchen design businesses before settling on Casey’s. What sold us was the beginning to end model…one company and designer responsible for the entire project from beginning to end.

We first met with Carolyn and presented our vision, thoughts and ideas for our kitchen space. She was very patient and listened carefully to our wish list.
The design process took several weeks of accurate measurements, drawings, designs, modifications, changes, bouncing ideas back and forth, choosing materials, colours, patterns, etc. Although the process was frustrating for us at times, Carolyn was always patient and flexible. Those qualities were very much appreciated and our collaboration ultimately led to the incredible design and execution of our kitchen.

The entire team at Casey’s in Sarnia and London worked together to bring the design to life. There were a few hiccups along the way, but that is always to be expected with any renovation and installation. The difference is that Casey’s immediately addressed whatever problems there were and scheduled fixes as soon as possible.

We are thrilled with the results. Our kitchen could not have turned out better. A HUGE thank you and gratitude to our designer Carolyn and the entire team and staff at Casey’s in Sarnia and London from the installers, schedulers, problem solvers, stone shop, and absolutely everyone involved. We felt as if they made our project and satisfaction a very personal priority and everyone went above and beyond in all aspects.
