The branch manager here is the worst, my wallet was stolen & I lost all my cards and my identification. I needed to pay my bills so I canceled all my cards & ordered new ones, I was told they were ready and to come pick them up, banker was giving them to me & then she stepped in and said I could not have my cards without any identification, was very rude about it, and didn’t offer another solution, this was so frustrating after getting my wallet stolen, you’d think that she would be willing to work with me and offer another solution, which by the way was mailing them to my address!! Worst experience at an America Credit Union ever!

Update 9/4/25 I went to look at my bank account today and all of my money is GONE! After making this review they retaliated by taking my money and closing my account! This is not legal! You can’t do this rob someone of their money when they have been paying their credit card, and no notice! When going in to talk to them, they said they sent a letter on the day they closed it!! What in the world!!? This is the worst branch ever! Left me broke with no money no way to pay my bills, no heads up about anything no communication. This is plain racism and discrimination!
