Have been a Zion's customer for over 20 years went in to get a loan the teller told me the lady that does the loans went to lunch should be back in an hour I came back an hour and a half later she still was not there came back 2 hours later she was still not there Teller told me she would have her call me when she got there 15 minutes before they close she called I applied for the loan over the phone next day she called and told me that my loan was denied my credit scored 740 never been late on a payment cant prove it but I'm pretty sure I was denied because I don't have a temple recommend for the LDS church

Love Zions Bank! Been with them for 27 years. Wonderful staff, foreign currency, wires and all banking needs met. Would recommend to others.

I have used Zions Bank for over a year for checking and credit card. I have had no issues in either case and find the interest rates reasonable with good customer service.

One star just because you have the audacity to charge an $8 fee just to cash a check from your bank. Super happy I won't ever use your bank for any reason in the future. I can only imagine what other crap you charge for. I will never recommend you for any reason. CHEAP, PETTY, GREEDY and everything you think negatively about banks certainly apply to this one without exception. Pretty pathetic.

Friendly service, tellers greet the customers with a smile. Nice clean lobby. This branch is located next to the Macy's in City Creek Mall, and right across the street of Joseph Smith Memorial Building
