These people are crooks. I moved into a dirty house. Trying to get maintenance to fix anything is a joke. After we moved I bought paint and touched up everything in the house cleaned it top to bottom. Had the carpets professionally cleaned they withheld $110 of my $2200 deposit all because I left a baking sheet In the oven. And they charged me for microwave filters. Even though it says nowhere in checklist to replace filters and besides that, they are washable and yes, I washed them.

I can't imagine a better steward for my home than PMI Charlotte. They have always been trustworthy, transparent, and prompt and effective when dealing with the occasional, inevitable issues. As the property owner, I know my home is in good hands. As a landlord, I know my tenants have a reliable property manager to depend on.

This is the WORST experience I’ve EVER had in working with a property management company. Communication was awful and untimely many times. When we moved out, we left the house in BETTER shape than when we moved in….only to be told that they were keeping the ENTIRE deposit because they had to paint the whole house?! That is normal wear and tear that needs to be done after ANYONE moves out!!! This is absolutely atrocious. Do NOT work with this company!!!! Clarkston is horrible to work with and there is no integrity. Never ever again.
