Emily was an excellent sales representative, kind and patient. The workers that came out to install the windows were hard working and clean about their work. Cleaned up after themselves well too, 5 stars!

We were looking to have our screened porch converted into a sunroom.
Matthew was our sales representative and was prompt, very professional and pleasant to work with: he was very knowledgeable and informative about Champion (the company and products). He listened to our ‘vision’ and explained the sunroom options we had available without any pressure to purchase. He spent multiple hours with us, answering all our questions and concerns.
All in all, it was a good experience. We ended up ordering a 3-season sunroom conversion to our existing screened in porch.
The final measuring and order process is the next step. We only hope the rest of the process (build, service, etc) goes as smoothly. Based on the number of reviews I’ve read, we expect that all will be well! We are excited about our screened porch to sunroom conversion!

Elena was professional, and she knew her product extremely well. She was kind and courteous. We enjoyed working with her. Love our new windows! Picture window in bathroom is our favorite! Great service and quality!

First- Spencer was amazing and so patient with us during the quoting process. He was so informative and helpful. He very clearly explained the value and quality of the windows and doors. We are getting both!
Also , he gave us several financing options, which was key for us. Just an amazing experience and we feel so great about our choice and so excited to upgrade the value of our 1960 built home. Thank you very much. Highly recommend!

all I was installing was a dog door in the existing Champion glass patio that I had installed 20 years ago. They found a very simple and cost-effective solution of replacing one of the window panes to the left of the sliding glass door, which was perfect. You can't beat the quality.
