I am so happy with Techtronics Mac and iPhone Repair in midtown! They fixed my cracked iphone screen so fast. the screen looks brand new. they are very close to penn station and had the best price. As a bonus, they were so nice and professional. i will bring my macbook screen for repair next week!

Techtronics is awesome. I needed a same day iPhone screen repair for my iPhone 17 pro. They are conveniently located in midtown west near 34th street and penn station. The repair was very fast and I walked in with no appointment. Very professional and great price.

I brought my iPad to Techtronics (248 W 35th St) for a repair and was blown away by the service. Most places quoted me days, but these guys had it back in my hands, fully fixed, in just 1 hour and 30 minutes!

• Insanely Fast: To get an iPad repair done that quickly in Midtown is unheard of.
• Professional Quality: Despite the speed, the work was flawless. The screen looks perfect and everything functions exactly as it should.
• Fair Pricing: Very reasonable rates and much more convenient than dealing with the Apple Store.

If you need a fast, reliable tech fix, don't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

These guys really know what they’re doing, they were able to fix a faulty USB port on my MacBook, where a bunch of other repair shops told me they couldn’t.

The best part though, is how they stay on top of communication and set clear expectations for things.

Probably going to be coming here for all my repairs in the future.

⭐ 1 Star – Very disappointing experience

I brought my phone to this shop in mid-February for repair. Two days later, they called with a price estimate that was higher than expected, so I told them I would just pick up the phone.

The next day, they contacted me again and said another specialist could repair it for a lower price, so I agreed to move forward. I was told the repair would take about one week.

However, I received no updates for two weeks. During that time, I sent two text messages asking for an update but never received a response.

When I finally called, they said they would notify the specialist that I was waiting for an update. Two days later, they called back and told me the phone likely could not be repaired after all.

After more than two weeks with no communication and unanswered messages, the experience was extremely frustrating. If the repair was not possible, I wish they had communicated that earlier.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place. If you decide to use this shop, I would recommend getting clear updates and timelines in writing.

David and the team were very professional and helpful in assisting with my daughter’s iPhone screen repair. We ended up replacing the battery as well which was in need of replacement as well. My daughter now has a new phone! Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend Techtronics if you’re in the city. Thanks again guys!

I brought my MacBook Pro to Techtronics on December 8th, 2025, after it completely stopped working. Apple basically told me my data was lost, which was devastating because as a creative, entrepreneur, activist, and advocate, my laptop isn’t just a device, as it holds years of work, projects, and the tools I use to make a living and help others. The amazing workers in David and Yaz were upfront from the start about the possibilities, including that a donor-board type repair might be needed, but they still committed to doing everything they could. They communicated with me throughout the process and never made me feel left in the dark. However, a Christmas Miracle happened, on December 26th, 2025, I picked up my MacBook fully operational again. The feeling of getting my computer and more importantly my data, back felt like getting a second chance at life. If your data matters to you and you want honest people who genuinely care about the outcome, I highly recommend Techtronics. A huge thanks to David and Yaz for not giving up on my device.

My interaction with Techtronics was flawless and satisfying. Maybe that was, in part, because I was almost certain about what was wrong with my mid-2015 MacBook Pro. Nevertheless, I found Yaz and David personable, concise, and accurate. My repair was complete faster than I expected and I am very happy with my MacBook's performance. I thought the price was fair, and their quote was accurate. I used Techtronics' web site to make an appointment to drop off my MacBook. I would work with this team again.

TIP save 3 percent by paying with Zelle and stop paying for Visa's fancy Silicon Valley offices in San Mateo!

Customer service was amazing! Came in for a data recovery issue. Phone was stuck in a boot loop due to full storage. Explained to me the chances of recovery clearly. Service fee was reasonable and my phone was returned back in working state. Although I couldn’t get the data back, service was amazing and transparent. David answered every time I called. Would absolutely do business with him again!

So far so good. They emailed me and responded promptly and even negotiated their rate with me. I dropped off my laptop with them. If there are still five stars in my review later, then there were no issues with the repair. I’m replacing the battery and keyboard on my MacBook.

Computer is back and working much better. I even ran a malware test to make sure they didn’t install any unauthorized software. We’re good to go. These guys are the real deal.

What an excellent experience I had with Techtronics iPhone Laptop & Macbook Repair! David provided outstanding service, and paying online was so easy. He truly understood how important fixing the PlayStation was for my teenager — we felt like we were talking to a friend. I was referred to Techtronics by the T-Mobile outlet at W. 15th Street. My Android phone was not charging fully and could not connect to T-Mobile's network for calls or texts. I'd experienced one of these problems in the past, resolved with a new SIM card, but not both, certainly not both at once. David @ Techtronics was able to diagnose the problem and solve it within 45 minutes, and did so even though the office I'd gone to wasn't supposed to be open at all that day; he was working there only because there was a scheduled appointment on a rush job. He could easily have referred me to another shop, but instead took on the added project (and another one from someone who stopped by) and resolved it with speed and aplomb. I would heartily recommend Techtronics on the basis of this experience, and I'm glad the T-Mobile shop referred me to them.
