Absolute scammers.

Went to get a screen protector and the guy said $20 for one or $30 for unlimited $10 replacements. I paid the $30 and upon going back was told by a different guy that this $30 deal isn’t a thing. He said I was the third one to be told this lie and I’d have to pay $30 for another one-time replacement.

So an employee at the store completely lied to me, up charged me, and then they have the balls to tell me “the math doesn’t work, we’d lose money” when the screen protectors they have literally go for $5 online.

Straight up lying for a couple extra dollars. What a terrible small business. Since your employee lied to me, maybe you’d try to make it right? I guess that’s not how the scam works

Great service, surprisingly fast and amazing staff.

Called about three different places for my Apple Watch screen “advertise” for the service just to be told they don’t offer that service anymore. Thankfully for this spot.
Will definitely return when needed.

Jhann was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to fix my phone, even right at closing time. He stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and didn’t rush the process at all. We even had a great conversation while he worked, which made the experience even better. He also shared some useful tips on how to get the most out of my phone. I got my iPhone back glass repaired and the battery replaced. The price was very cheap (relatively) and the service was fast. However when I picked up my phone it was not charged and I took it home. I should’ve tested it there and waited for it to charge. When I got home the phone would not power on. So I had to take it back to the store for them to take a look. They had to do another repair and then the phone worked. But the MagSafe on the iPhone did not work. I didn’t notice it or think to test it before I already got home again. I should’ve checked but bummed that that doesn’t work anymore.

Amazing service. Fast and Efficient. Visiting New York and stumbled across store after dropping phone in toilet. Repair man went through whole diagnostics with me, letting me know of any possibilities and repairs that may be needed in the future. Phone was fixed less than an hour. Great guy.

Professional fast service to fair price. We were a walk in for a broken glass on an iphone. We were done and had a repaird phone in 20 min. Courtesy, kindness and care. We love this place and will use it again.

Service was good, but communication could be better. I asked three separate times for the same repair (battery replacement), and the quotes spanned from $75 to $120. Also, I made appointments on their website, and got a text and email that I would be contacted before the appointment, but I hadn't. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue, but it was a confusing experience. The replacement battery is working fine.

I had a great experience last week coming to the store, friendly staff, store clean and smell good they even let me stay in the store for a few to stay cold in this hot weather. Jhann was super helpful, he fix my computer quit…..I thought it would take a couple of days.

The ratings are fictional ratings. When I was there they had three other displeased customers. One guy had his battery punctured by the technician, the other apparently had his contents wiped (both were for screen replacements), and they charged me three Benjamin’s for a front and rear of an iPhone, and proceeded to break the gyroscope and face recognition, in such a way as to essentially brick the phone (would restart every three minutes). They refused a refund, and I had to use my credit card to receive a refund through a dispute. I cannot stress enough this is a common occurrence. I eat at Eva’s in front of the store, and I constantly see angry people. They will squeeze you.
