Wish that there was a 10 star review to give. We would like to thank Barbara for everything that she did for us helping sell our home. She definitely exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to have this come together. We will be using her for any of our future endeavors. Highly recommend her if you need assistance with any real estate dealing you may have.

Barbara Pierce helped us sell our home in Florida. She provided outstanding support and guidance during the process. Barbara was always professional, highly responsive and possessed outstanding knowledge of the local real estate market and its evolving dynamics. I am grateful that she was our partner in navigating this transaction and am very pleased with the outcome. If you are looking for a caring and effective realtor, Barbara Pierce is your person.

I can't say enough great things about Barbara Pierce from NextHome Suncoast! From our first conversation to the final closing, Barbara was an absolute professional. Her communication was top-notch—she was always available to answer my questions (and I had a lot!). She clearly knows her stuff, and her confidence and knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my property sold quickly and without a hitch. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and gets results, Barbara is the one you want in your corner!

Barbara did an excellent job in finding a home for us. We worked with her for over a year to find the home we really wanted. From the beginning, she was very professional and never pushy. She worked with our timeline, offered many services, took us to tons of listings, and guided us thru the process. She earned every penny of her commission. I would highly recommend Barbara as a real estate professional and agent.
