I called ahead and asked the employee if they happened to have any cleaning kits for the K&N air filters stocked. She gave me my options and even recommended one to me. By the time I arrived at the store she had already set it aside for me. 10/10

Andrew and Yandel helped fix an issue that another location created. I had to drive from the north end of town because of an employee error and this store and these employees resolved everything. Thank you gentlemen for the professional help and suggestions for other products that would help.

Me and my husband usually go to this autozone without a problem but today as soon as him and I walked in an older lady with longer red hair had eyes on us (which is fine I understand). I overheard her being disrespectful to employee’s telling them that their work ethic was terrible, I had started to feel uncomfortable and ready to leave but I needed to use the restroom as I have a lot at this autozone and other locations. Then she had told my husband that customers were not allowed to use the bathroom and locked it after I walked out. A few minutes later police arrived to the store, I didn’t expect them to walk up to me as I never really experienced that before but they did. The same lady with red hair had reported me to them for shoplifting saying she saw me hiding things up my sleeves. I immediately offered to give them my purse and they searched me and my husband and checked the cameras and of course found nothing. Scared me to death and she still told us to leave… which was fine with me as my husband and I had just experienced a very unpleasant situation there.
