I went in for an oil change but needed extra services that I was putting off. Ruben was extremely kind and wonderful. Showed me everything, all transparent pricing. Great chilled guy!! I got my transfer case, oil change and cabin and engine filters changed. And at an extremely reasonable pricing. Very very happy. I was in the bay within 5 minutes on a Saturday. Great energy in the shop!! Two thumbs way up.

Kevin was amazing — friendly, professional, and made the whole visit stress-free. The team (Jacky, Ryan, and Junior) was fast, thorough, and got me in and out quickly on a busy Friday while I was running errands. Great service all around, highly recommend this location!

This was the busiest time of all the occasions when I've gone to Valvoline, in terms of the number of customers. Although I had to wait a little longer than usual before pulling into the bay, Valvoline staff approached when I was still waiting with other customers outside to check on me, communicate that the lights check will begin soon, and begin as many as the other steps as possible before actually being able to pop the hood. Jacob and the other staff were communicative, friendly, and professional. They seemed to appreciate that I and other customers had presented them with a large numbers services to be performed. Without seeming rushed they professionally, efficiently, and rapidly performed their work so that I was on my way without feeling unreasonably delayed. Great job once again, Valvoline!

Every employee is super knowledgeable and friendly! Kaden and Jeremiah explained everything that was going on throughout my oil change and were super helpful. Will definitely be going here for my next oil change. You pull in, and out within 20 minutes. Fastest oil change I’ve ever had!

I have been taking all of my vehicles to this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location since it originally opened. I have always received great service (which is why I keep coming back), but on this particular visit, I was so impressed with the service. Everyone that works there seems like they really enjoy their work and everyone is so nice. The CSR on duty, Evan, was the most polite and professional person I have worked with in years. And that's comparing services one gets anywhere; the dentist, groceries, DMV, restaurants, etc. I was very very impressed and will continue to recommend this Valvoline service location to everyone I know. Thank you!
