I visited my local Chipotle this evening (9/12/26 @ 7:30 pm) and was genuinely impressed! The staff was efficient, the restaurant was clean, the food station was well stocked and everything moved smoothly. It was refreshing to see the team working together and taking pride in the restaurant. Whatever this location is doing differently, keep it up! The improvement did not go unnoticed. Great job! 🙌🏾

I have visited this Chipotle on two different occasions, and both experiences were disappointing. The customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. The employees were rude, unwelcoming, and acted like they didn't want to help customers.
My most recent visit was around 8:00 p.m. today, and the experience was no better than the first. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this location fell far short of expectations. I hope management addresses the staff's attitude and focuses on creating a more welcoming environment for customers.

The reviews about this place weren’t lying. Before I even walked in, a homeless woman outside was harassing people for money, saying she was hungry but refusing Chipotle — which already kills the vibe of wanting to patronize this location. But I was hungry, and that was my first mistake.
At first glance, the restaurant looks clean. That’s the only compliment I can give.Once I approached the counter, I was met with some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. Rude, not knowledgeable, and very deceptive. I told them exactly what I wanted, and instead of confirming sizes or prices, they automatically gave me the large — then charged me extra without saying a word. They told me to grab chips as if they came with the guacamole, but then charged an additional $3 for them.When I tried to get my money back because of the confusion, the employee offered me a drink instead. I accepted because I was thirsty. But when I went to the fountain station, there was literally nothing to drink. No tea, no lemonade, no water, no ice. The only options were Coca-Cola and root beer — and I don’t drink soda. They weren’t apologetic about it either.
This location is less than a year old, and I truly hope they fix these issues. If they keep operating like this, they won’t last long.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t put zero. This chipotle is terrible unprofessional, crazy under temper food that can cause food borne illnesses I’m thinking about going to the health department I’ve been ordering through their apps and door dash you can’t call the store if you have a issue with your order and the workers bank on that they think it’s cute. They don’t prepare orders correctly it’s always something missing or poor quality ALWAYS I can’t order from another location cause uber keeps sending my order here. If you complain you on the chipotle app they give you a free drink after ordering 25-30$ in food.. do better chipotle!!!! And this location needs extensive training!

Worst Chipotle ever. Nobody in line. Literally nobody. Me and cousin stood there and nobody greeted us. Nobody came to the line. If it was no food .. they could have said something. They literally watched us. Atleast 4 workers. I really wanted to curse somebody out but I can tell they are young. Honestly this location needs new workers. Even the reviews are saying the food is nasty. Glad I dodged that bullet.
