Dan was our service tech. Came to our house to give an estimate, and was able to fix the issue same day. We were in communication with our home warranty company, so unfortunately he needed to make 2 trips. Even still, he was very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. I would confidently recommend him to our neighbors and family if any issues arise with their garage doors. 👍

After trying two other shops to help us with our issues on the garage door opening, I finally reached out to Ed’s Garage Door Service. They gave me an arrival window and much to our surprise, they call a bit later and said they could come even earlier. We were thrilled! David was amazing. He fixed out issues right away and the fees were very reasonable. It was a genuinely good experience and if/when I ever need the door serviced again, I can assure you I’ll be calling Ed’s again (and asking for David). They do good work!

Ben was our technician. He showed up early and got it done in an hour. One of our coil snapped. It was only two years old, but we knew the coils couldn’t handle the weight load, since it struggled to smoothly open the garage door. He replaced both coils with the proper specs and rewind one of the spring. He had to work in tight spaces and didn’t complained. At first, I was nervous about the estimated cost range, but in the end, it was well within our budget. Highly recommended for their quick service and expertise! Thank you, Ben!

Zachary was absolutely phenomenal and very professional! He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through why our garage door was not working as designed. Huge thanks to him for fixing it and being overall a great person! 10/10

The technician Zack was very punctual and communicated well, he had a set time he was planned to arrive and gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was quick to asses the situation and what the repair required. Zach thoroughly explained the options and levels for repair and made sure that I knew he had the availability to complete the work with same-day service. I like to do my research before going with any option but Zack went above and beyond to make sure that they had the best price and quality in mind for the repair so I would feel comfortable choosing them. He was able to help me out on the price of the repair and do the work. Now my garage door is back to functioning as it should. Amazing job! If anyone I know is in need of any garage door repair, I now have a One-Stop reference.
