Incredible service from the start! Down to earth, reliable, & honest.

Parv is a great guy, & he quickly had my toilet fixed.

He also educated me on some differences between living on the 10th floor vs. The ground floor that I don’t know before.

The knowledge & tips helped me to prepare for a better relationship with my toilet. So future problems can be prevented.

That said, if I ever did have another problem I would call him in a second!
